Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All events are subject to change or cancellation by the organiser. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and an email notification.

• Tickets are non-refundable. When you book in advance, your space is reserved just for you.

• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the group, doors will close once the session begins and late entry is not possible.

• If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or to another event of the same value within 3 months of the original event date. Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to do so. Requests made with less notice are non-transferable, unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies).
