Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All events are subject to change or cancellation by the organiser. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and an email notification.

• Tickets are non-refundable. When you book in advance, your space is reserved just for you.

• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the group, doors will close once the session begins and late entry is not possible.

• If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or to another event of the same value. Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to do so. Requests made with less notice are non-transferable, unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies).
